Domestic deliveries (France) are carried out by La Poste. Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express. Please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. Free shipping on all orders over 300 €.
France – 10 € (1 to 3 working days)
Europe – 15 € (2 to 7 working days)
World – 30 € (3 to 11 working days)
Local pick-up is available in France only. It allows you to pick up orders directly from our studio. Please send an email at email@example.com to verify our availability and schedule an appointment.
Please note that shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please make sure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
All items are shipped from France. For any delivery destinations outside of the EU, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import Taxes to receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers.
You have a lead-time of 14 days from reception date to return the product(s) you have ordered on www.simonlextrait.fr for exchange or refund on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day.
In order to initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will reply to confirm your request within 2-3 days, along with return shipment instructions. Please complete returns in a timely manner. Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review.
We will send you a prepaid packing slip for the return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
